Make sure you drink enough fluids, especially water when you jog. Also, we have to say that you should never run on a full stomach. Ok? The best thing to do is to drink water and avoid fruity crap or anything with sugar in it. Don't drink a large amount before your run, as this can weigh you down. It's a good idea to carry a bottle of water with you when jogging so you can take sips when you need to. Only drink good clean water after you're done punishing yourself and avoid anything colored. Proper hydration can prevent all kinds of problems, especially when it's baking hot outside.

There are many benefits of running, and you can start this activity at almost any age. We're all human, and sometimes you won't feel like running but do it anyway, and you'll usually find that once you start, you'll be glad you did. Be sure to follow proper procedures so your muscles and bones stay healthy and strong.
